On the naked Belgrade sky, the sun is alone. Shadows are ever shorter. Today shade with be rare and expensive.
We're reminding you that its summer, a good time to warm yourselves up. Any other heating later in the year will be less certain and more expensive.
If there are no objections to this flawless morning this day can start, something we cannot vote on as this July, like others, Belgrade has no quorum. Let the day commence, and any eventual remarks can be discussed this winter, when there are more of us, and less sun.
Maybe in the meantime we'll change our minds.
Its nice, let's not ruin it. If someone is having issues, he should blame his wife and children rather than this beautiful sunshine and summer.
