Dear Belgrade-dwellers, good morning!
We're broadcasting from our watch tower on the 23rd floor of the 'Beograd'* skyscraper, home of studio B!
This morning, the sky above Belgrade is nice, clear and blue!
Those who have already forgotten what the sky looks like will be in awe of its scope and beauty this morning.
BUT!
But for both ladies and Belgrade this lucky streak is ruined. A chimney stack, on the right shore of the Sava, right at the shore behind the railway station, is slowly but surely ruining this beautiful Belgrade morning. Much of Savske and Sarajevske streets are full of smoke from this small, stupid chimney.
Belgrade has left for work, but with neither anxiety nor traffic anxiety. There is still space to pass and arrive on time.
Yellow Belgrade postal trucks have infiltrated the city; from a building by the railway station, in all directions. Let us hope for good news and messages.
We would like to alert the residents of the building on the corner of Kneza Miloša and Narodnog Fronta that the laundry drying on the roof is dry and ready to be picked up and ironed.
Belgrade, good morning, the first blue and sunny morning after much clouds and rain.
